Supertoons is an AI-powered service that transforms user-submitted photos into cartoon-style images. By uploading a photo and completing payment, users receive a cartoon version of their image via email.
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DCNY, Inc. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the website.
User representations
By using Supertoons, you represent and warrant that:
You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these terms
You are not a minor

Prohibited activities

Image handling and ownership
You retain full ownership of the photos you upload. By submitting a photo, you grant DCNY, Inc. a limited license to use it for the purpose of creating and delivering your cartoon image.
Transformed images may be temporarily stored for processing, delivery, and support.
Users are solely responsible for how they use any content generated through this platform. DCNY, Inc. assumes no liability for misuse, redistribution, or infringement resulting from user actions.
Payments and refunds
Supertoons operates on a pay-per-image basis.
All payments made to DCNY, Inc. are non-refundable. That said, if you’re not satisfied with your cartoon image, contact us at support@supertoons.co — we’ll do our best to resolve the issue. Refunds, if any, are issued at the sole discretion of DCNY, Inc. and handled case-by-case.
Data collection
We collect your email address at checkout to deliver your cartoon image and provide order-related support.

Age restrictions
There are no age restrictions for using Supertoons. However, by using the site, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the photos you upload and are able to enter into this agreement.
Service availability and modifications

DCNY, Inc. reserves the right to:
