How fast will I receive my cartoons?
On average, most cartoons are delivered within a few minutes. Bigger batches of photos can take up to 30 minutes.
What’s your pricing?
We operate on a pay-per-image basis. It’s $4 per photo for up to 5 photos, and $3 per photo for more than 5 photos.
What if I want to add more photos?
If you'd like to transform more than 10 photos at once, please contact us at support@supertoons.co for a custom offer.
Do you have an affiliate program?
Yes, we have a pilot affiliate program. If you’re interested in joining, please apply here and we’ll get back to you.
What is your refund policy?
All payments are non-refundable. That said, if you’re not satisfied with your cartoon image, please contact us at support@supertoons.co — we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
Do you store my added photos?
Your added photos are stored temporarily on secure servers and are deleted after your cartoon image is delivered.
How secure is my data?
All communication is done over an SSL-encrypted connection — the same technology used by online retailers and banks. All billing information is fully secured through Stripe, a certified PCI Service Provider.
